We are looking for a Principal Asset Reliability Consultant responsible for applying key technical & domain insights, marketing perspective, & sound commercial judgement towards the development of asset performance management solutions for Honeywell Connected Industrials customer base.
The Principal Consultant will have a broad set of responsibilities encompassing the following:
1. Provide thought leadership for Asset Reliability & Asset Performance Management (APM) product & solution strategy.
2. Conduct in-person workshops with customers to help prioritize customer’s APM journey, uncovering customer needs, value drivers, technical capabilities, & assessing opportunity potential.
3. Develop outcome-based asset effectiveness programs for customers incorporating both Honeywell and partner solutions to meet requirements.
4. Support techno commercial proposal development with a view to improving content, optimize costing, providing pricing guidance & improving overall win rate.
5. Track & analyze APM opportunity pipeline to provide business insight.
6. Review & analyze growth opportunities through additional product development, partnership, and integration with other Honeywell's product families.
7. Assess and provide feedback on product development needs
8. Coach sales personnel on targeted product value propositions & provide input on approach & customer engagement strategy.
9. Develop and champion best-in-class sales training
10. Coordinate engineering support of pursuits
11. Lead proof of concept activities, establishing success criteria and the plan & execution strategy to improve outcomes.
12. Provide inputs for sales & marketing collateral
YOU MUST HAVE
13. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or other technical/IT fields
14. Experience in an operating company covering one or more functions such as Operations Management, Asset Integrity, Process Safety Assurance, Startup & Commissioning etc.
15. Experience in the operation, maintenance & diagnosis of failures for various rotating & static equipment and or process units typical in Industrials segment such as Chemicals, O&G, Refining, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation.
16. Experience in reliability engineering. Familiar with applicable standards & codes and processes FMEA, RCA/RCFA, HAZOP
17. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
