Voyage Care is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager ready to take the next step into a dual‐registered role, overseeing two well‐established residential services located approximately 30 minutes apart. About the role
As a Dual Registered Service Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership across two services, supported by experienced Deputy Managers and Senior colleagues. This role is about oversight, culture and quality, rather than firefighting.
You'll be responsible for:
* Holding CQC registration across both services
* Leading and developing management and frontline teams
* Embedding a positive, person‐centred and inclusive culture
* Ensuring compliance, quality, governance and financial performance
* Building strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
The dual‐service model is established and effective, allowing you to focus on leadership excellence, staff development and sustained quality.
About you
This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager who is:
* Confident in leading services rated well or striving for excellence
* Ready for progression into a dual‐registered or multi‐service role
* Level 5 qualified in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Values‐driven, organised and calm in a fast‐paced environment
* Passionate about supporting people
