In our client's fast-paced, dynamic environment, Deputy Managers are trained across all areas to support effective business operations. You will assist the General Manager with back-of-house duties and manage front-of-house operations, including delivering financial targets and maintaining service standards.
To be successful, you should have:
* At least eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail industries
* Proven ability to meet financial targets and drive sales
* A passion for people, with experience coaching and developing teams
* A strong commitment to customer service

* Willingness to work nights and weekends
