⚕️ About the Role
Join our Cancer Nursing Team as a Urology Cancer CNS, leading on expert clinical care for patients with urological cancer. You’ll act as Key Worker, support MDT working, deliver personalised care (HNAs), and help shape the future of our cancer pathways.
🔑 What You’ll Do
* Provide specialist nursing care for Urology cancer patients
* Run/support nurse‑led clinics
* Coordinate patient pathways and MDT processes
* Deliver specialist education across teams
* Contribute to service improvement, audit & cancer peer review
🎓 What You Need
Essential:
✔ Registered Nurse (NMC)
✔ Post‑registration specialty qualification
✔ Strong Urology/Oncology experience
✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✔ Experience supporting complex cancer pathways
Desirable:
– Independent prescribing
– Advanced assessment skills
– Previous CNS or nurse‑led clinic experience
