More About Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing gas maintenance, servicing, and assisting in the installation of gas appliances across all assets.
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and PPE while ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act and Gas Safety Regulations.
* Participating in the on-call rota and ensuring company vehicles are maintained according to fleet policy.
* Building effective relationships with stakeholders, including Gas Safe and NICEIC.
* Managing van stock and materials to maximize first-time fixes and maintaining accurate records.
Please note, this role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check and will cover the BN11 - BN17 area.
Essential Criteria
* Gas accredited with all relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CPA1, HTR1 & CKR1 minimum) and GAS SAFE registration.
* Valid driving license.
* Strong industry knowledge, including Health & Safety, Gas Regulations, and CDM processes.
