We currently have a few part time positions available, however we can provide more hours for the right candidate.
Immediate start available. Hours include evening and weekend work.
As a member of our front of house team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while serving a variety of food and beverages. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of hospitality will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties
* Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
* Service of food and beverage items, alongside clearing tables and upselling.
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
* Uphold the establishment's policies regarding responsible alcohol service and customer safety.
Skills
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in Waiting on, bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
* A positive attitude and willingness to help create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
