You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is up to £45,000 OTE with company vehicle. Job Purpose & Overview Lead Sales and New Business teams across two Glasgow branches. Drive branch performance, delivering KPIs, budgets, and high customer service standards. Coach, develop, and manage team performance, including 1:1s, appraisals, and absence. Build strong cross‑department relationships and support improvement plans. Oversee recruitment, training, mentoring, and ongoing staff development. Contribute to regional marketing activity and attend market appraisals to win new business. Ensure compliance with AML and internal processes, maintaining accurate reports. Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain business.
