The Role
* Project Planing and Initiation
* Budget & Cost Management
* Team & Contractor Management
* Compliance and risk Management
* Communication and coordination
* Quality & progress monitoring
* Handover & project close out
About You
* Construction related qualification
* Previous experience managing residential, refurbishment or conversion projects
* Familiarity with construction contracts (JCT, NEC) and cost management practices
* CSCS, SMSTS, etc.
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
