MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT PRACTITIONER - ESSENTIAL CAR USER POST

New Start have an exciting position as a Mental Health Support Practitioner to join our Adults Services team based in Liverpool. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £24570 per annum, plus £50 per sleep. You will play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals and promoting positive outcomes in their lives.

Working hours:

8am – 8am

3 day rolling rota (1 on 2 off)

Responsibilities as our Mental Health Support Practitioner:

Mental Health Support Practitioners provide practical and emotional support to residents accessing the service as determined by their individual needs identified through assessment and support planning. They provide housing related support for vulnerable people to enable them to work towards fully independent living.
