About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our technical support team. In this role, you will provide front-line assistance to customers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth daily operations across all of our clients IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Tier 12 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Diagnose and resolve software, network, and hardware issues
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory / Azure AD
* Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
* Maintain and troubleshoot office network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
* Document issues and resolutions using a ticketing system
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including device setup and configuration
* Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
1. 13 years of experience in IT support or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
3. Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune)
