As a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power, you will be the welcoming host for our customers in our retail shops, ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You will engage warmly with every visitor, provide best-in-class service, and create a friendly atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for technology will help you promote our online and retail products and services, ensuring that each customer enjoys their time with us. Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and deliver best-in-class service in our retail shops
* Engage with visitors to create a warm, friendly atmosphere
* Promote online and retail products and services
* Host customers in shop and cross-sell products; clearly answer queries and inform customers about promotions
* Assist customers to place bets via betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
* Maintain high shop presentation standards to create an inviting environment
* Act in the absence of the Shop Manager to ensure smooth shop operations
* Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused
* Adhere to established guidelines and regulations in social responsibility duties
Requirements
* Proactive and motivated with a results-driven attitude
* Willing to learn; full training provided even if you have not worked in betting before
* Ability to meet shop goals and targets
