Duties:
* Coordinate with key project stakeholders including client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to agree scope of works and deliver project and shareholder requirements
* Leading the handover from Estimating into Construction
* Working with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourced
* Validating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedules
* Preparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s‑curves, and histograms
* Overseeing safety and quality plans for the project
* Mobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategy
* Ensuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins.
Requirements:
* Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar role
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment essential
* Good Leadership Skills to motivate and direct a team
* Must be currently based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in the UK without requiring a work permit.
