As a Branch Manager based in Bournemouth, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
2. Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
3. Focusing on sales and growth
4. Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week

6. A solid background in the Plumbing and Heating /Trade sector
7. Proven leadership and management experience

9. A strong track record in sales & operational excellence within a customer facing environment
