About the role
Pay Details: Grade 8, SCP 26 - 30 £37,280 - £40,777 Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday Main Place of Work: Civic Offices/Hybrid
The post holder will manage the School MIS team in the provision of MIS services to schools.
Responsible for the co-ordination of end-user support, identifying and satisfying training and development needs for school staff in all aspects of School MIS and managing the successful completion of all statutory returns.
About you
You will need: Expert-level knowledge of School MIS with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support.
Experience of delivering training to a variety of audiences and be confident in working with colleagues at all levels of the Council.
To be proactive and self‑motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
Have a positive attitude towards innovation and technology adoption.
Have a strong work ethic with a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for public service and contributing to school improvement.
