About the Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious international law firm with a market-leading Real Estate practice, is seeking an ambitious senior real estate lawyer to join their Manchester office. Over the past two years, their Real Estate team has successfully delivered nearly 14,000 projects for funders, investors, developers, and agents, including several landmark transactions.

The Role
As a Managing/Principal Associate, you will:
* Manage your own caseload whilst collaborating with partners on major, high-value transactions
* Develop your specialism within commercial property, with active support to deepen your expertise and build your professional profile
* Mentor and supervise junior team members, playing a key role in their professional development
* Work on high-profile projects across office, retail, leisure, development, and regeneration schemes throughout the UK
* Lead large-scale projects involving lease and easement roll-outs, utilising cutting-edge legal technology
* Contribute to business development initiatives, building relationships with new and existing clients
* Use innovative technology including AI platforms and specialist PropTech tools
The Team
You'll join a thriving Real Estate division of nearly 200 lawyers nationally, with the Manchester office comprising 7 partners and approximately 29 fee earners. The team advises major clients on transformational schemes, including significant power station redevelopments, SciTech campus projects, and Net Zero transition initiatives.
The firm emphasises commercial thinking, technological innovation, and collaborative working, encouraging team members to embrace new approaches and test emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* UK qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property and real estate
* Strong track record in landlord and tenant matters, property management, and sales/acquisitions
* Proven stakeholder management skills with internal and external parties at all levels
* Consultative approach with excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional diary and task management across multiple matters
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
