Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Mon – Fri, 7 hour days
Hybrid Working: flexible to work from home 2-3 days per week (diary led)
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

What the Role is all about:
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join our business at an exciting period of change. Reporting to our Company Secretary, the successful candidate will provide strong company secretarial and corporate governance support to colleagues at MDDUS.
What you can bring to the role:
We are especially looking to hear from candidates with experience / knowledge of:
governance and company secretarial team practices and processes
senior meeting planning and coordination
report writing and reviews and minute taking
developing, maintaining, reviewing and updating business policies, practices and processes.
Knowledge and experience of data protection regulations and good practice would be advantageous.
