Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop high-performing hotel teams across all departments
* Oversee smooth daily operations across Rooms, F-B, Spa, and Front of House
* Drive exceptional Food and Beverage and guest experience standards
* Ensure seamless collaboration across all operational teams
* Maintain world‑class service, presentation, and attention to detail
* Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing team development
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance
* Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
* Ensure full compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational standards
* Act as a visible leader and ambassador for the estate brand

* Proven experience in luxury or high‑end hotel operations
* Strong, hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple departments
* Commercially strong with solid financial awareness
