What will you be doing?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Reward team in London who will support the benefits and reward team in shaping the reward programmes and HR projects which support the attraction, retention and motivation of individuals across S&W. The individual will work closely with the Head of Reward and also the Benefits & Reward Business Partner with the day-to-day delivery of benefit, pension and reward related processes.
As Reward Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others
* Support with financial analysis, modelling and process management on various matters associated with an employee’s total compensation including salary review, salary progression, bonus and equity schemes, and benefits.
* Build reward models with large data sets in support of the reward strategy such as modelling pay awards and allowances, and the impact of performance related pay.
* Ensure data integrity on the Firm’s HRIS and collaborate with HR Services team to resolve data issues
* Support the effective implementation of Reward change management initiative
* Work with key stakeholders in HR and the business to operate and deliver the Annual Pay Review.
* Support with market surveys, connecting large, complex sets of reward data including internal and external benchmarks to provide insights and trends that influence business requirements
* Support on calculating pay gap audits (e.g. gender, ethnicity, living wage) and Directors Remuneration.
* Support on the review, selection and proposal to implement and manage a robust compensation management system
* Reconcile spend and monitor service delivery from all Reward and Benefits vendors, escalating promptly to the Benefits & Pensions Business Partner as required
* Support the wider HR team by pre-empting and providing reward related analysis as required.
* Business as usual operations and administration support on all reward and benefits queries.
* Support the Benefits & Pensions Business Partner with Benefits Annual Enrolment and the collation and interrogation of employee data.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
* Worked on at least two annual pay reviews
* Strong analytical, numerical and modelling skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
* Previous HR and Reward experience desirable.
* Ability to learn core Reward terminology and best practice.
* Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.
* Resilient, adaptable, approachable and confident.
* Good eye for detail essential.
* Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills.
Professional Qualifications and Education
* Degree-level educated preferable but not essential
