We are recruiting Trustees to help guide our hospice through its next chapter, ensuring we continue to provide outstanding specialist palliative and end-of-life care while remaining sustainable, well governed and deeply connected to our community. Heart of Kent Hospice supports people living with a terminal illness, as well as their families, friends and carers. As a local charity, we are committed to helping people live with comfort, independence and dignity, and our work is shaped by our values of compassion, integrity, respect and teamwork. As a Trustee, you will work with fellow Board members and the Executive Team to provide strategic oversight, constructive challenge and supportive leadership. We are particularly keen to hear from people with experience in healthcare, finance, digital, legal and commerce, but most importantly, people who care about making a difference. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute your skills and perspective to an organisation making a real difference to local people at some of the most important times in their lives.
