Role Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor specializing in railway maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of measured term contracts, providing accurate cost assessments, and delivering cost-effective solutions within the specified timeframes. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful execution of projects within the railway maintenance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee measured term contracts related to railway maintenance projects.
2. Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare accurate estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential cost overruns, and implement necessary cost-control measures.
4. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
