Who we’re looking for
* A qualified solicitor with strong experience in divorce and financial remedy work
* Exposure to HNW and complex matters is highly desirable
* Able to independently manage a busy caseload from day one
* Commercially minded with excellent business development skills and an existing professional network
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* A collaborative and proactive team player with a desire to make a real difference
What you’ll be doing
* Handling your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy cases, often involving HNW clients and complex assets
* Building and managing client and referrer relationships, delivering exceptional levels of service
* Working closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues to help shape the direction of the team
* Actively engaging in BD and marketing activities to support the department’s growth
* Contributing to a positive, forward-thinking culture that puts clients at the heart of everything
