TrueNorth are working with a UK wide technology consultancy who work heavily in the public sector and central government, we're looking for 2x Business Analysts to join the team.
Business Analyst
Location: circa 2x per month in Leeds
Rate: £350 - 375 per day inside IR35
Clearance required: Standard financial and criminal checks
Target start date: ASAP
Specific experience needed:
* Previous central gov experience heavily preferred - working with welfare systems
* Experience working in complex, large-scale digital transformation projects is required
* Proven ability to work in high-pressure, agile delivery environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience working across complex, multi-disciplinary teams
* Ability to rapidly absorb complex information, systems, and processes, with a proven track record of quickly getting up to speed in new environments/subject areas
* A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
