We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Service Manager to join our team in Holsworthy and take a leading role in our busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical skills and a solid knowledge of the agricultural industry who is ready to step up and drive the service department forward.
The Role:
* Lead and support a team of engineers in a busy, well-equipped workshop.
* Share best practice and develop team skills through guidance and mentoring.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
* Organise workloads and manage time effectively to meet customer needs.
* Work closely with management to push the service department forward.
The Person:
* Experienced in the agricultural industry, ideally with workshop leadership experience.
* Strong hands-on engineering skills with a proactive approach.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* A natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
* Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
