Do you enjoy working within a busy office or reception environment, where no two days are the same?
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our Milton Keynes unit for 18.75 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, alternate Thursdays, and Fridays. You will work as part of a team to carry out administration tasks efficiently and friendly, ensuring clients feel accepted, supported, and confident about BPAS services.
Responsibilities include:
1. Answering and directing telephone queries, liaising with internal and external colleagues as necessary.
2. Accurately checking or completing BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring all relevant documentation is available for the client's episode of care.
3. Monitoring, editing, and amending appointment lists using the BPAS booking system, and informing clients of any necessary changes.
4. Assisting in monitoring, controlling, and ordering stock, sorting and distributing incoming mail, and preparing statistical reports.
5. Providing face-to-face support to patients, including those who may be upset, in a care environment.
6. Performing clerical duties including documentation checks, telephone, and reception duties.
7. Maintaining good attention to detail, supporting colleagues and clients, and demonstrating effective teamwork.
