The Southfield Multi Academy Trust consists of four outstanding special schools across six sites;

South Downs School, The Lindfield School, Hazel Court School and Summerdown School.

* An actual salary of £19,214, based on Single Status Grade 3.7 / £24,796 (fte).
* Term time only, paid for 46 weeks per annum. Hours are 08:30 - 15:30, five days (32.5hrs) a week with an unpaid half hour lunch. Permanent contract, subject to a successful one year probationary review.


The Role

As a receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day to day support to one of our schools. Your responsibilities will include:

* Provide General clerical support in one of our busy school offices
* To be the first point of contact to all visitors to the school
* Using standard Microsoft software including Excel and Bromcom
* Knowledge around Safeguarding
* To communicate with across Trust team members
* May be required to work at any of our six sites permanently or as cover.
