Are you an experienced Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry, specifically in power wheelchairs?
A growing healthcare provider is looking for a hands-on leader to join their team and take responsibility for driving sales, managing operations, and supporting the launch of new high-end product ranges.
In this role, you'll combine strategic business development with operational leadership, overseeing the day-to-day running of the sales team while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You'll also play a key role in tender submissions, implementing ISO standards, and collaborating with investors and stakeholders to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

The Role:
Lead and manage a busy sales operation, ensuring targets and operational standards are met
Drive new business development, including launching new product ranges
Oversee tender submissions and qualification processes
Implement and maintain ISO standards and other operational processes
Collaborate with investors and stakeholders to support business growth
Spend 60% office-based on operational management and 40% developing new businessThe Person:
Extensive experience in business development within the healthcare industry
Proven ability to manage a dynamic sales operation
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience with healthcare equipment, particularly power wheelchairs, is essential
Ambitious and motivated, with the potential to progress to a future directorship
