Relationship Manager / PMOLocation: MainlyRemote (adhoc travel when required, quarterly)SC Clearance RequiredCirca £375/£400 per day
We're looking for a confident, collaborative, and customer-focused individual to join a team as a Relationship Manager. In this vital role, you'll act as the key connection between customer application teams and internal product teams - ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and alignment with SLAs and business goals.
What You'll Do:
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer application teams.
* Serve as the primary customer-facing liaison between client teams and internal product groups.
* Provide clear, regular updates to senior management on customer-related activity.
* Support and unblock customer teams by resolving issues in line with SLAs and strategic objectives.
* Guide and advise stakeholders on best practices, compliance, and processes.
* Assist customer teams in navigating assurance gateways and mandated security requirements.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Active SC Clearance
* Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
* Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.
Prior exposure to the Defence or secure government environment's will be desirable.
