We have an exciting vacancy for a growing property company based in Hendon. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle basic administrative tasks. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. What’s in it for you: · Salary: £27k · Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am – 6pm, office based · 20 days annual leave (6 to be saved for Jewish Holidays), remaining Jewish holidays given. · Free parking Key responsibilities: · Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors, and ensuring they feel comfortable. · Phone and Email Management: Answering calls, taking messages, and managing emails efficiently. · Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like mail management, ordering supplies, and preparing documents. · Maintaining the Office: Ensuring the reception area and boardrooms are tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials. · Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages. · Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of visitors and maintaining security protocols. · Other Duties: May include tasks like preparing for meetings, assisting with facility issues, or managing office supplies.
