We have an exciting opportunity for aHigher Apprentice Quantity Surveyorto join our commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the commercial side of the construction industry to develop knowledge, skills and experience while studying a relevant qualification and receiving guidance from experienced professionals.
What training will you do and what qualification will you get at the end?
You'llenrol onto theLevel 4 Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with one of our college or training providers.
Over2 years, you'll work towards aLevel 4 Diploma in Quantity Surveying Practice, which provides a strong foundation for progression to a Degree Apprenticeship and professional accreditation with theRoyal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)orChartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES)
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
As a Higher Apprentice, you will be recruited on apermanent contract. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, youll be well-positioned to progress onto aDegree Apprenticeshipand eventually become aChartered Quantity Surveyor, with a rewarding career path atM Group.

* GCSE grade 4 or equivalent and above inMaths and English
* A Levelsor equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g., BTEC, T-Level)
* A keen interest in the construction and infrastructure industry
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative approach and a drive to make a difference
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
