Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Get Into Teaching
Location: Central Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time or Part-time (3 days per week minimum)

We’re working with brilliant secondary schools in Central Leeds that are looking for confident, dependable Cover Supervisors to join their teams long‑term. It’s a rewarding role where you’ll develop classroom skills, build strong relationships, and make a real difference to students’ day‑to‑day learning.
What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering pre‑set lessons across a range of subjects, if you have a specialist subject, this will be prioritised
* Creating a calm, purposeful learning environment
* Managing behaviour in line with school policy
* Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
* ✏️ Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day

* ✔️ Experience working with young people, in or outside of school
* ✔️ A confident, approachable style with strong classroom presence
* ✔️ Good communication and behaviour management skills
* ✔️ A flexible, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
