Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level).
You’ll complete your Level 3 Business Administration qualification over 13 months and will be equipped with real on‑the‑job learning and experience, finding out how our business works to grow your professional knowledge, all while earning a great salary and working towards a recognised professional qualification. After a full induction and initial training programme, you will join our team full‑time, with time set aside so you can continue working towards your professional qualification. Once you have completed this, you will put all of your knowledge to fantastic use and decide what’s next for your career.
What Will You Be Doing?
* As an apprentice, you’ll learn on the job while being fully supported by an experienced team and mentors. Your role will include:
* Enrolling students on courses, including the management of any name changes and cancellations.
* Providing course managers with attendee lists.
* Processing course enquiries.
* Swapping/removing students from courses.
* Controlling the production, scanning, archiving and destruction of student exam papers for all relevant courses.

Eligibility Criteria
To meet apprenticeship funding and role requirements, you must confirm:
* You are 18 or over at the start of the apprenticeship
* You are not in full‑time education at the beginning of the apprenticeship
* You do not already hold a qualification in a related subject at the same level or above
* You can provide proof of residence in England for the duration of the apprenticeship
