Project Manager Location: Belfast Salary: £45,000 £55,000 Job Type: Full-Time Department: Projects The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland. This is a client-facing role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage projects from inception through to completion. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager / Projects Director, you will coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers Coordinate internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, technical, and quality requirements Monitor progress on site and address issues affecting programme or cost Manage change control, variations, and client instructions Ensure compliance with H&S, environmental, and regulatory requirements Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact Support procurement and subcontractor management alongside commercial teams Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes Skills & Experience Required Minimum 35 years experience in a Project Manager role within construction or infrastructure Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and risk management Experience working under NEC and/or JCT contracts Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good understanding of H&S, quality, and environmental standards Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or project management desirable Professional accreditation (APM / PRINCE2 or similar) desirable Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £45k£55k Private Medical Insurance Enhanced employer pension contribution Enhanced maternity / paternity leave & pay Occupational sick pay & life assurance Flexible start / finish times Ongoing professional development and career progression If youd like to discuss this role or receive the full details, feel free to get in touch!
