Role: Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor
Base: Leigham Primary School, Cockington Close, Plymouth, PL6 8RF
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Connect Grade D £26,824
Hours: 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Split shift working pattern)
Start Date: ASAP
The main responsibilities of the post include the opening and closing of the site each day (hence requiring a split shift working pattern), site security and general maintenance/repair tasks. The main work base will be at Leigham but the postholder will also be required to work across the other schools in the Trust to cover absence of other members of the Premises Team and to undertake general improvement tasks.
