Role Overview The School Business Manager will lead operational functions including finance, HR, premises, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Managing annual budgets and financial forecasting Preparing reports for Governors and Trustees Overseeing HR processes and safer recruitment Managing premises and health & safety compliance Leading procurement and contract management Supervising administrative and finance staff Supporting risk management and policy compliance Contributing to whole-school strategic planning Ensuring regulatory compliance Overseeing operational efficiency This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic thinking and strong organisational capability.
