Shift Manager - The Old Brewhouse
SHIFT MANAGER
The Old Brewhouse is housed in the original brewhouse of Cusworth Hall, and we are seeking an enthusiastic manager to join our team.
As well as running the Brewhouse, you will be involved in creating the beers we serve through becoming one of our brewers in the 1086 Brewery.

Salary:£27,589
Hours:Average 37hrs per week, worked on a rota basis that includes evenings and weekends
About the role:You are key to the front of house experience, supporting the General Manager in the smooth running of both The Old Brewhouse and the 1086 Brewery.
Team focused, the role is a strong all-rounder, understanding the need to balance a strong management ethos with the ability to make work enjoyable and focused on success. As a shift manager you will lead and a small team in a busy environment, ensuring compliance and results.

Ideally a personal licence holder who has experience in a hospitality environment, you will be driven to succeed and operate with the highest standards.
An interest in brewing is a given, and communicating our vision to our customers and guests is paramount.
Experience & Skills:Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate confidencewhen talking to customers
Ability to multitask and keep a level head under pressure
Industry understanding of cash handling
IT systems, compliance and stock control
Desire to train and learn in the hospitality industry
