? The Role

You’ll be working within specialist SEN schools and provisions supporting pupils across KS1–KS2 with needs such as:

* Autism (ASC)
* Moderate to complex learning difficulties
* Speech, language & communication needs

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering adapted, engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
* Supporting individual learning plans and EHCP targets
* Creating a structured, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists & SEN teams
* Using tailored strategies to support communication, learning, and development

What You’ll Bring

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Strong teaching experience
* Experience in SEN, SEND, or inclusive settings (or a genuine passion to transition)
* Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning
