Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Skills Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and management with an awareness of user centric design and product delivery. The Digital Skills Lead for Training and Simulation at the Army Training and Simulation Centre is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital skills training programs tailored to the specific needs of military personnel in the context of training and simulation environments. This role involves designing innovative training strategies, driving development coherence through adoption of common use cases and data and ensuring that soldiers are equipped with the necessary digital competencies to excel in simulated military scenarios.
