DUTIES:
· Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner
· Answering the telephone in a courteous and professional manner
· Ensure effective processing of incoming and outgoing post
· Taking minutes of meetings as & when required
· Responding to generic emails
· Photocopying and scanning documents
· Assist in maintaining accurate record system including filing, archiving and ensure that all records are clear and precise.
· Ordering office stationery supplies
· Check and sign for post/ deliveries & advise relevant member of staff
· General data input on computer system
· General ad hoc administrative duties
· Preparing tenancy agreements
· Register and de-register deposits
· Using Arthur Property Management software
· Sending reminder letters
GENERAL
* To contribute to the strategic direction of the Company
* To carry out specific tasks required by your Line Manager
* To facilitate good relationships across all departments and sister companies
* To bring to the attention of your Line Manager any significant changes in the Tenant, Council or Property owner relationship
* To demonstrate and actively encourage a good team spirit, positive environment and motivated department at all times
* To be approachable and empathetic to the sales, finance and maintenance teams
* To be responsible with your time keeping at all times
