Hormonal health is not a category we take lightly. Too many women have been dismissed, misled, or left to piece it together alone. We exist to change that — giving women the evidence-based tools and information they need to feel informed, in control, and heard.

You will be working closely with the founders and a team experienced across consumer health and marketplaces, in a collaborative and open environment where ideas, ownership, and initiative are valued.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of data, growth, and brand — but at its core, it is about building something thoughtfully and with intention.
You will work side by side with the founders and executive team, contributing directly to how we scale — across channels, platforms, and markets.
We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to growth. Someone who is as comfortable working with numbers as they are thinking about the customer journey. Someone who understands that strong marketing is not just creative — it is measured, tested, and continuously improved.

What You’ll Own
Performance & Data (Core)
* Own performance tracking across all channels (Meta, Google, Tiktok, email, website, marketplaces)
* Build and maintain a clear view of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
* Collect, structure, and interpret data to inform decision-making
* Work closely with founders on weekly KPI reviews and growth priorities
Paid & Organic Growth
* Manage and optimise Meta, Tiktok and Google campaigns
* Support Instagram, TikTok and content execution with a performance mindset
* Identify and test new acquisition channels
Marketplaces (Amazon & beyond)
* Support growth on Amazon and other marketplace channels
* Monitor listings, performance, and conversion rates
* Identify opportunities to improve visibility and sales
Retention & Lifecycle
* Support email marketing (Klaviyo), including flows, campaigns and segmentation
* Contribute to improving repeat purchase and lifetime value
Retail, Partnerships & Tradeshow Support
* Support retail growth initiatives alongside the team, including new retailer launches and ongoing promotional activity
* Work closely with retail sales lead on retailer plans, timelines, and campaign execution
* Prepare retailer-specific decks, sell-in materials, and marketing assets
* Coordinate POS materials (leaflets, sampling, in-store collateral)
* Develop supporting assets for retail campaigns (banners, email, social)
* Support trade shows and events with relevant materials and coordination
* Liaise with designers and printers and check copy to ensure all assets are accurate, on brand, and delivered on time
Strategy & Execution
* Translate data into clear, actionable insights
* Build structured testing plans across creatives, audiences, and channels
* Work closely with leadership on priorities, trade-offs, and growth levers
Who We’re Looking For

You are:
* Highly data-driven and comfortable working with numbers daily
* Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of what drives revenue and efficiency
* Hands-on and proactive in execution
* Structured and disciplined in your approach
* Interested in the consumer health space and motivated to improve it
* Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
You likely have:
* 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or growth (DTC, health, or startup preferred)
* Experience across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, email marketing and analytics
* Exposure to Amazon or marketplace environments
* Confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking
