Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Homes
Location: Bradford (BD4 and BD5)
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take on something a bit different, leading two newly refurbished 2-bed homes just minutes apart in Bradford. Both homes are brand new, and you will have full responsibility for shaping how they run from day one.
The registrations, the teams, the culture, the way things are set up... you will lead it. There is backing from a leadership team who understand residential care properly and who will give you the trust and space to do the job right, without layers of bureaucracy.
Both homes will be registered for EBD or Complex Trauma depending on your input. This is not just about opening doors and maintaining standards, it is about building two homes with a clear, child-centred, therapeutic ethos.

What you will be doing:
* Leading both homes operationally, including registration and setup
* Recruiting, leading and developing your teams across the two sites
* Driving high standards in care, safeguarding and compliance
* Embedding a therapeutic, relational model of support
* Building strong working relationships with families, Ofsted and external professionals
* Setting the tone for behaviour support, reflective practice and ongoing development
What we are looking for:
* Registered Manager experience with a strong Ofsted record
* Values-led leadership grounded in child-first practice
* Solid understanding of EBD and complex trauma care
* Level 5 Diploma (or close to completion)
* Calm, consistent leadership with clear expectations and follow-through
