Skills Development Tutor – Engineering Trafford Park Up to £38,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Skills Development Tutor to join a leading Education and Skills provider, delivering high-quality Engineering training in Trafford. In this role, you'll support learners on funded programmes including Apprenticeships and Adult Learning, helping them gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) they need to succeed in their careers. You’ll be confident in teaching Turning at Levels 2 and 3 and ideally have experience delivering CNC or Precision Grinding at Level 3. The role is a mix of face-to-face and blended digital delivery, including workplace visits to support apprentices and strong engagement with employers throughout the learner journey.
