We are currently working with a busy and well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join a large RC frame residential scheme in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work secured into next year and beyond, offering genuine long-term stability and clear progression routes.
The role:
You will be working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team on a major residential development, supporting the day-to-day site operations, including:
Assisting with the management of subcontractors and site labour
Monitoring quality, health & safety, and programme
Coordinating works on an RC frame structure through to internals
Supporting with inspections, snagging, and site documentationAbout you:
Previous experience working on RC frame residential projects
Currently working as an Assistant Site Manager or a Senior Site Supervisor looking to step up
Strong understanding of site processes and health & safety
