Latymer- Pennyhill Park’s fine dining restaurant offering bold flavours in dishes using locally sourced ingredients inspired by the seasons. Awarded a Michelin star for and 5 AA Rosettes, you can experience exquisite tasting menus for dinner.
Head Chef Steve Smith is widely regarded as one of the most inventive and gifted chefs of his generation. Renowned for his modern British cooking, founded on using the finest seasonal ingredients available. Steve has held a Michelin star for the last twenty years, also earning Five AA Rosettes, 8/10in the Waitrose Good Food Guide and winning a Catey Award for Chef of the Year in 2014.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Waiter (or as we call it in Latymer, a Chef de Rang) to join the front of house restaurant team and help deliver these amazing dishes.

The Chef de Rang will be responsible for…
* Supporting the smooth running of the restaurant
* Delivering excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests
* Assist with training and development of our Food & Beverage Assistants
* Assist in the set up of the restaurant before service, ensuring all required items are stocked and ready
* Seat guests offering them menus, drinks and providing explanations of the menu when required
* Ensuring the restaurant environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard both during and after service
* Excellent knowledge of the menus to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations
