Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations for a busy food manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee stock control, packing, storage, dispatch and team leadership, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant warehouse performance.
Responsibilities
* Manage inventory, stock levels and WMS accuracy.
* Oversee daily warehouse operations: packing, storage, loading and goods in.
* Lead and develop a team across packing, loading and stock control.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and food safety standards.
* Coordinate with transport and production for smooth workflow.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in warehouse management, ideally within food processing.
* Proficient in WMS and inventory control systems.
* Solid understanding of logistics, warehouse best practices and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
* Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong IT skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
* Experience with BRC audits, HACCP and food safety systems.
