CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Field Sales Representative on a permanent full-time basis. Salary expectation around £35,000 per year, negotiable, along with bonus. A car and phone will also be provided. Working hours Mon Fri, 9am to 5pm with some flexibility around start and finish times. The Business: With a turnover of two million, our client has 25 years experience in supplying local businesses with cleaning chemicals and equipment, safety clothing, PPE and paper disposables. Recently secured a contract with one of the worlds biggest names in workwear, and in addition to their continued growth have earmarked another new site for operations along with branching out into online sales. The job: The Field Sales Representative will: Be on the road securing new business with our clients full range of high-quality workwear, that will cover Northern Ireland along with some travel across Dundalk, Drogheda and Monaghan, working with businesses in construction, manufacturing, factories and food production. Carry out some cold calling when not on the road, following up on warm leads and converting these into converted business. The person: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales experience. Experience working with businesses in construction, manufacturing, food production etc. is an advantage. Demonstrable history of meeting KPIs and sales targets. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to build rapport. A history of managing relationships and securing repeat business. Full, clean driving licence and willing to work across NI along with Drogheda, Monaghan and Dundalk. On offer: Base salary around £35,000 negotiable along with bonus. Company Car. Mobile Phone.
