Our client, a luxury and multi award winning hotel are looking for an experienced and confident Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead their front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities For This Restaurant and Bar Manager Role:
* Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience
* Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality while controlling costs
* Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance
* Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, seasonal menus, offers and events
* Manage rota planning and team structures to ensure appropriate staffing for business needs
* Oversee hiring, training and performance reviews
* Lead regular team meetings to keep the team aligned and motivated
What Theyre Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or in a similar role
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in coaching teams and engaging with guests
* A proactive mindset with fresh ideas and a good grasp of current trends in food, drink, and service
* A lead-by-example approach, demonstrating a hands-on attitude and commitment
* Mixology experience is highly desirable
