Help people rebuild their lives after prison or probation. We’re recruiting a Criminal Justice Interventions Worker to join a brilliant charity in Oxfordshire. You’ll spend 3–4 days a week at HMP Bullingdon and 1–2 days at Bicester Probation, supporting clients to resettle and move forward. What you’ll do: Work with people leaving prison or on probation Support access to housing, employment, and goal setting Keep caseloads progressing when staff are absentWhat we’re looking for Experience supporting vulnerable clients with challenges similar to ex-offenders, such as work in: Probation, prison, hostels, supported housing Drug & alcohol services, or substance misuse support Or a criminology graduate with relevant voluntary experienceWhat’s on offer 25 days leave (rising with service) 2 volunteering days Enhanced pension & life assurance Paid travel and mileage A supportive, values-driven teamPlease apply via this advert.
