About you
You will have experience managing a small team within an Food manufacturing environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for people management. Previous experience Operating Machinery, and managing people setting up and running a fast paced, high volume production line. You will be ambitious, looking to further your career and imbed yourself within the business, yet not be shy of rolling sleeves up and getting stuck in where need, like most others in the business.
