Role Description As a full-time Client Operations & Customer Success Coordinator based on-site in Lutterworth, you will support clients throughout their lifecycle to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction with AdVelocity’s platform. You will manage day-to-day client communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate issue resolution by working closely with internal teams such as product, support, and sales. You will monitor account health, track usage and performance metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes. In this role, you will document processes, maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems, and assist with reporting and insights that help clients get maximum value from telephone AI, attribution, BusinessGPT, and automation features. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of client operations by suggesting process enhancements, participating in team meetings, and supporting special projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
* Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
* Solid Analytical Skills with experience using data, dashboards, or reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for clients.
* Experience coordinating workflows across teams or departments, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfort working with SaaS or technology platforms; prior experience in AI, data, or marketing technology is an advantage.
* Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work on-site in Lutterworth on a full-time basis and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Relevant experience in client operations, account coordination, customer success, or a related field; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
