Job Description:
This role involves helping to run a multi-million-pound store while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.
Responsibilities may include supporting the Store Manager with sorting deliveries, placing orders, dealing with customer queries, managing team performance, organising holiday rotas, and focusing on sales maximisation, customer service, cost minimisation, and operational efficiency. You should be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence.

Requirements:
* Experienced people manager
* Leadership experience in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environment
* Strong time management and operational efficiency skills
